1 Acceptance & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hk222 platform and all services connected to it. By accessing, browsing, or using this platform in any way, you are considered to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, as they form an inseparable part of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately.

1.1 Interpretation of Terms

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the collective website, software, and services of hk222. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor. "We", "hk222", or "Platform Operator" refers to the entity operating this service.

1.2 Language & Precedence

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on the hk222 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older — "For ages 21+ only".
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• Only one account may be created per person.
• You must be an active and natural individual — accounts in the name of corporate entities are not permitted.
• You must not have voluntarily or at hk222's direction excluded yourself (self-excluded).

Any person who does not meet these conditions is strictly prohibited from using an account. If such a violation is detected, hk222 reserves the right to close the account at any time and confiscate any associated deposits and winnings.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will be considered a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hk222 may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include:

• A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence
• A bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
• A utility bill or other document for address verification

hk222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if documents are not provided within the specified time.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Any unauthorised access must be reported to hk222 immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The approved payment methods for depositing funds at hk222 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Depositing funds in the name of a third party or from an unknown source is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawing. The policy of withdrawing via the same method used for the deposit is followed.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). hk222 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. Any costs arising from currency conversion are the user's own responsibility.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

To prevent money laundering, hk222 reserves the right to suspend and investigate any suspicious transaction. An account may be temporarily restricted during this process.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 is available on your first deposit at hk222. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies — giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (15x) — on the bonus amount only, not on the total deposit. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be available for a limited time and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the offer page.
• hk222 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

5.4 VIP Programme

The hk222 VIP Programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). To move up a tier, regular active play and meeting the platform's criteria are required. Details of VIP benefits are provided separately.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 General Gameplay Policy

All games on hk222 are operated fairly and impartially. Each game provider's own rules apply. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the result of that round may be considered void and the wager will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

In the case of sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the wager will be returned. If a dispute arises over the result of a particular match or event, the decision of hk222 senior management is final.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical fault, disputes are resolved using the game log records.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hk222 platform:

• Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Placing bets in a calculated manner to obtain bonus benefits (Bonus Abuse).
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal financing.
• Attempting to hack the hk222 platform's software or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Operating an account under a false identity or another person's identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person who is legally ineligible.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be confiscated.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 hk222's Rights

hk222 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms is breached.
• If cooperation with the identity verification process is not provided.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• If a legal directive or court order is received.

8.2 User Rights

10 Limitation of Liability

10.2 Gaming Losses

Gaming is entirely voluntary. Wins or losses are entirely the user's own responsibility. hk222 is not liable for any financial, psychological, or social harm resulting from gaming.

10.3 Third-Party Services

Game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others) are third-party services. hk222 is not liable for their technical issues but will provide assistance in resolving them.

10.4 Limit of Compensation

In any circumstance, hk222's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited in that member's account.

11 Amendments to Terms

hk222 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via email or a notification on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms.
